I've just completed my first full 2 weeks with phentramine hoodia and I'm happy to say that I have lost a total of 5 pounds. Prior to using phentramine hoodia I've had terrible cravings for all types of food, mainly bad (chips, pasta, candy), but after taking phentramine hoodia as directed I've noticed that I'm more able to take control of my appetite.
